Never Too Late

This 1 Night Stand story is about second chances, misunderstandings, and communication. Emotions, good and bad, come across the page loud and clear. The desire to more on and yet not let go is also present. Sam is a great character who holds on to traditional thoughts and roles. This causes problems with Katie, his ex-wife. She is more modern in her thinking. These ideologies clash. Sparks fly as Sam and Katie meet on their date. I loved seeing how they throw challenges to each other and are forced to walk or talk. In the background is their son who is unaware of what is going on. The ending is perfect. I enjoyed this story. Everything about it, except maybe all the medical bills, was terrific and felt realistic. I really enjoyed this 1 Night Stand.
