Cover Me

The first time teacher Michael "Finn" Finnegan met Max Douglas the security specialist and ex marine, it ended in humiliation and hurt for Finn.

When Max appears again in Finn's life it is to protect one of Finn's students from a stalker, but things turn inside out when it appears to be Finn being stalked and not his student. Though the attraction between Finn and Max is still hot and heavy Finn is wary of being hurt again by Max. As the stalker becomes more violent Max is there to protect both Finn and his student from harm.

Can Max reassure Finn on both accounts? By keeping him safe and keeping his heart safe as well or will the stalker win in the end?

Cover Me was pretty well written and I liked the storyline of a stalker and the hero rescuing the day. Though I had a little trouble with Max in the beginning he ran hot and cold by turns and was a little stilted in the character department. Other than that though the book was pretty good. The love scenes between Max and Finn during were pretty steamy and hot as heck. Those alone make is book well worth reading. Add in the romantic suspense and you have a recommended read.
