Erector Set, #3

This erotic novella continues the entertaining contemporary romances about three intensely driven males and adds a nice kinky twist for the tale of the third brother whose other two brothers have found their soulmates (in “Erected” and “Hammered”). I enjoyed the brief cameos by previously introduced characters and thought that there was a nice unfolding of the motivations behind the heroine’s actions. The sensual scenes display this author’s talent at penning an entertaining and poignant story with plenty of heat. I like the realism conveyed by the description of the men’s burgeoning business and the teamwork and hard work that is being rewarded by their success and rapid growth. A delightful addition to the series.

“Nailed” by Desiree Holt is the third novella in her ‘Erector’ series about the sexy McMann brothers. Tyler McMann is the third person in the successful McMann Development company but his happily married brothers have no idea of his fondness for the BDSM lifestyle or his long-time membership at the club Finesse. His encounter there with the masked switch known as Flame intrigues him but she is scarred by her past experiences with a Dom who took advantage of her predilection for pain and she is reluctant to gift him with her trust the way she gives him her body. Tyler has to decide what he is willing to settle for but he has no qualms about going after what he considers important and he thinks that Flame may just be the person who is perfect for him.

Book Blurb for Nailed

Third in the Erector Set series.

Tyler McMann is a Dom looking for a sub in the bedroom who can also match him fire for fire everywhere else. At the private fetish club Finesse, he spots a redhead with a defiant stride and curves that don’t quit. Flame looks like the ultimate Domme, so Tyler’s shocked to discover she’s a switch. Their session together is unexpectedly explosive for both of them.

Tyler comes back night after night to play with Flame. Soon it becomes more than just club scenes but she’s afraid of fallout in her professional life. In her severe business clothes and uptight persona, no one knows about her secret weekend life and she wants to keep it that way. She also can’t risk another destructive relationship with a controlling man like the one who almost destroyed her before. If Tyler finds out who she really is, will he still offer his love and protection and a future together?
