Wild & Sweet

The Haven Brotherhood, #2

I simply loved this second book in the Haven Brotherhood series. This book deals mainly with Zeke Dugan and Gabrielle “Gabe” Parker. The author has readers flipping the pages with this trauma doc engine mechanic duo. It feels like magic as the author pulls you in and you can’t put the book down. It all starts when Danny's sister “Gabe” has been injured and Zeke comes to the rescue.

It was indeed spectacular when alpha male Zeke comes to the aid of family. That helps give Gabe the stability that she needed with all of her mixed emotions. She suffers from panic attacks. Readers will have to wait to find out why.

These two will be a great couple, but it’s not an easy road. Gabe has to open herself up to not just Zeke but to his family “brotherhood” as well. I liked how Zeke was definitely one not to give up. He was very persistent in what he wanted. He wanted to get answers.

“Wild & Sweet” is a continuation of the Brotherhood series. I feel it can stand alone, but is best after reading book one.

I love how Rhenna Morgan gives readers the brotherhood. We get six guys to follow. Don’t miss out on Jace, Axel, Trevor, Zeke, Danny, Alex and Jason. These guys are there for each other no matter what is going on. Even though the brotherhood may have had problems in the past they are a support network. They love each other have a solid bond that can never be broken.

Be ready for a sweet, sexy, endearing, emotional and passionate [steamy] love story. This will definitely put a smile on your face. This is a well-written fantastic story. I will be waiting for the next Brotherhood story. It’s titled “Claim & Protect”. It’s Trevor’s story!

----"Trevor's used to living outside the rules in order to save lives, but this time he's willing to risk everything to save hers." ----

Book Blurb for Wild & Sweet

Live hard, f*ck harder and follow only their own rules. Those are the cornerstones the six men of the Haven Brotherhood live and bleed by, refusing to conform to society's expectations, taking what they want and always watching each other's backs.

Zeke Dugan is not a man who walks the straight and narrow. He may have sworn an oath as a trauma doc, but he has zero problem leveraging his medical skills outside a hospital if it means giving the Brotherhood—the group of men he calls family—an advantage. Blood before business. All that changes when shy Gabrielle stumbles into his life and ignites his protective instincts.

Mechanic Gabrielle Parker prefers the complexities of an engine over men. Her life wasn't always quiet and well-ordered, but now that it is, she finds peace in the solitude. When a robbery in her neighborhood forces her out of her safe bubble, she never fathoms that a dangerous, cocky trauma doctor will fix more than her injuries.

Zeke doesn't play by the rules that Gabrielle follows but knows that he's exactly what she needs in her life. He'll show her the fierce and uncompromising protection that comes from belonging to a man like him.

When tension outside the Brotherhood threatens Gabrielle, Zeke will do anything to keep her safe, and damn the consequences. No one will hurt his woman, even if it means putting the very men who saved his life at risk.
